so as my truck has set for 21 years in s field, and I am in no way a mechanic, I put all new brake lines on , new drum shoes, new gas tanks, new fuel filter, got her started this morning and put her in gear, took off across the yard to realize i had ZERO brakes! I started downhill to begin with and was only idling, but she picked up speed fast and i was trying to stop! didnt work, I was headed straight at the neighbors house and tried to pump the brakes, still nothing so i took a sweeping turn through his driveway and brought the truck back around uphill and coasted to a stop! my brother was watching laughing his ass off. this is how i started my morning!!! yea she starts and drives, BOOO SHE DOESNT STOP!!
