I own 5 of these trucks, and every one of them has had this issue at one time or another. What i've found that works most every time, is to simply turn the truck off, unplug the module in the dash, and plug it back in. I've also had it where I've just shut the truck off, started it back up and problem gone. Now this is not a cure, but it works and since it only seems to happen once in a great while so I haven't looked into it further. Best of all, it's free!
