nobolt: Yes that's what i have seen, and once i looked further i found that the 00-05 four door tahoe and yukon are only 1" difference so i may go that route and attempt to not change any frame/drivetrain work so i am able to order the cheaper more dependable parts for a yukon.

67C10rustbuket: I read through the first thread and it was by far the most helpful link i have seen on the site. The others i have not torn into yet but this was greatly appreciated. I am still on the hunt for the intial truck to start with as i can not find one that i feel is the fit.

Keep the comments coming i am still on the search.
