I have had this truck for 1 1/2 years and only put 20 miles on it. Today I changed the oil and put just over 40 miles on it. It now has 2089 original miles on it.

its one of those truck that im not really sure what to do with lol. It was fun driving it today. Im wanting to take it on a drive long enough to burn up the tank of gas thats in it

What engine/trans combo does it have?

Its a 250 6cyl/powerglide

Wow beautiful truck I wish I had one like that but in the metallic olive color. Also a 250, that's a good engine I have one in my 78' camaro.

I like it when people think that way. I'm usually looking for a old Chevy to buy and most of them are more aftermarket than original.

Just curious if it has plastic fan shroud. Only six cylinder trucks I've seen with those were automatics. ANOTHER NICE ONE!

If it only has 2000+ miles on it, and you want to drive the gas out of the tank, the amount of driving you would have to do mileage wise wont matter much because it will still have such a low amount after anyway. I d say if you want to drive the gas out of it to replace it I say do it, or just take the time and effort out to drain the tank and use it in another vehicle as long as its still good enough then refill the truck tank and put stabylizer in it. BEAUTY truck man, its gotta be 1 in a million! Others may chime in on my opinion as well.

Like others have said, very nice truck. I too would like to see some underhood pics of it. I'm new on this site, so maybe you posted this before, but whats the story with why the truck was hardly ever driven? Thanks for posting about this truck, gotta be one of a kind.

Beautiful example. Just remember what happens to old gas. It is not good and you should run it out and replace it no less than every 2 years. Even if you let it idle in your driveway. I have a 64 SWB in Oregon that I have the same problem with. I drive it very little and I have to remember to keep the fuel level low (around a 1/2 tank) to prevent this.

I love the fact that you are keeping it 100%. It is good to drive it at least once a year. Good for all the rubber to move.
