cutting 3/4 ton coils to lower 1/2 ton....how many

How many coils larger are 3/4 ton spring....how many rounds should I cut off to level out my flip kit with 3" spindles?

I would get a measurement with your current set-up, and then install the 3/4 ton springs. This way you have an idea how much you need to trim.

There are a few different 3/4 ton springs, and that makes a difference.

3/4 tons are a touch heavier, and ride higher the 1/2 tons.

Good idea had I not already cut the half ton springs lol but.... I should have the original measurement written down somewhere. Any idea what the cut rate is....is it still 1full round equals 2 inches?

I've got 6102's with a coil cut. The lower control arm sits flat from balljoint to frame mount. 3" drop probably

Moog part numbers

from Rob/no limit:
Moog # 6082 722 lbs/in 6 cyl, and light v-8
Moog # 6542 842 lbs/in std v-8
Moog # 6102 1015 lbs/in bigblock, longbed c.s.
Moog # 6104 1016 lbs/in 3/4 ton, sits 1/2" higher than #6102
Moog # 6454 1060 lbs/in 3/4t bbc, c.s, 1ton
