I call my truck a truck, if you want me to help you move, you will call it a truck as well...
I actually will use Pickup as well, because there's just something women like about a pickup man... I have always considered a Semi to be a tractor trailer... My grandfather and a few of my uncles were "truck Drivers" at various Points in their lives, and they always referred to their Semi as the tractor... that is when it did not have the trailer attached... They would call the combo a truck. |

The engine/motor argument is such a waste of breath it isn't funny. Where do I start? General Motors? Ford Motor Company? Harley Davidson Motorcycles? Department of Motor Vehicles? I think I'd keep my mouth shut the next time someone calls a 350 a motor. It's real simple...An engine is a motor...An electric motor isn't an engine.

I guess I've never really thought about it, but the only time I use pickup is if I say C/20 pickup. other than that it's truck, or 69'er.
