Dually Crew Cab 85 Need help

Need tech help and parts with 85 GMC Dually came with a 6.2
and now has BBC in it, Need new rear springs for heavy duty towing package, and a different rear gear, this thing drinks some gas, I need to help it get better fuel mileage, please help...

I also have a dually truck and I wanted to up the GW. and change the rear ratio to inprove the gas mileage.
I installed a 3:54 gear and added three leafes to the rearend.

It's what I wanted. At 70 mph the motor sounds like it not going to come apart.

What kind of gas milage are you getting and what are you towing,I am towing a 30ft car trailer, and with a 468 and turbo 400 she is getting about 5-7 that diesel gear is killin me... a 3:54, I did not know that they made a 3:54? Any other ideas folks please pass them on...
