Re: Wheels for a lowered 65?

Alright guys I was gonna put those rims I bought on my truck. I would like to run white walls. The thinner white walls are cheaper so I think ill stick with those. But what size tire would look good with those 15 x 8 and the drop I'm putting on there? And recommendations on brand/size? This was the look i wanted.
Thanks

Re: Wheels for a lowered 65?

So I am finally picking up tires tomorrow! I had planned on putting in a 2-1/2" drop spindle and 1" coil drop in front with 4" drop coils in back (didn't wanna c notch so that's as low as they told I could go in back without one) I have seen a bunch of pics of guys with different drop configurations and even with the same drop some trucks look so different than others?!? I am looking to get it lower but have it sit level. They guy at cpp told me to just do the drop spindles in front and the coils in back because otherwise I would end up with a slight rake. Any opinions? Pics? Ur drop configuration and pic? Doesn't seem like anyone I know locally can tell me what to with enough confidence that they know what they're talking about to convince me. I would hate to rip the whole thing apart, put it back together, then not like it and have to do it again! Thanks ahead of time!

Re: Wheels for a lowered 65?

Are you gonna have to c notch the rear? Mine is daily driver, wonder how that'll affect the load capacity in rear?
