I did C notch the frame in the rear for extra clearance. I do have a hidden hitch and plan on hauling a small trailer for motorcycles and things...
Its a total of 7" of drop in the rear. I'm planning on installing air shocks and a rear sway bar in the future.

Thanks for the info... I really don't want to "C" notch but I like the stance... I heard you can do a 5" drop without notching...

I'm sure you could. You'd have to cut/change bump stops to get extra travel... I used a bolt in notch from CPP. Have to cut the frame and drill a couple holes.
