Timing issue ? seasonal

I got my timing overheating carb backfiring sorted this summer. Was the timing she was purring like a kitten after setting it with all issues resolved.

My truck has sat all summer and the other day I go to pull her out and get back to the infinite todo list and shes ticking a bit with small hiccups out the carb when I give it some gas.

It been in 40s-50s and all I could think of was weather maybe? All I have done is topped her off with new gas and added a lil marvel early summer. She has sat for some years but starts up no prob. I have rebuilt carb and adjusted it. My choke is ?'able possibly sticking a bit. New plugs wires etc...

It's called personality, the fuel injected vehicle don't have it. Some carb's are temperamental and need adjusted twice a year. Here in the rainy cold NW I adjust mine in October and then again in May.
