1966 short long bed

1966 long narrow bed, I-6, standard trans, power steering, reasonable condition.

Paint possibly a salvageable light blue patina type paint job. Was running when it was parked because of bad/wornout brakes.

Is there much interest in it? I have the opportunity to buy it fix it up a little and get it ready to sell.

I have a video of it, if you want to see it contact me and I'll e-mail the video to you.

I forgot to get pictures because I videoed it.

Re: 1966 short long bed

Well, for starters, it might be helpful to know what it is; a "short long bed" doesn't exist....

It is a good possibility that it ia an 8 foot frame with a 6 foot flat bed. I've seen that done.

Re: 1966 short long bed

No harm done. By narrow, do you mean with the external fenders and running boards? Those are usually referred to as stepsides (by most everyone I've heard, anyway). From what I've seen around here the longbed stepsides seem to be the least valuable, but everyone likes the "patina" look. Why don't you put the video up on youtube or something so people can see it?

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, though. I mean, of course you can sell it. Are you trying to see if someone on the board wants it?
