been slow moving but i am working on this truck.
came up with a easy way to install the motor.  not 100% locked in yet but this is within a inch or 5 of where the motor will be living for now on.

That's a good way to get the motor in. Now you just have to lift the motor and push if forward a little ways and you'll be 100%! LOL! Nice goin.

I'm leaving the motor about where it is in the photo. i plan to build a doghouse, it will give me someplace to mount the shifter and give access to the motor from above once the body is installed.
