Question Gauges......

Hey could somebody please tell me if the big plug on the back of the gauges is the same from like 83-87 or if they are different?
Need to know if all the wires are pinned in the same places or if they are moved around from year to year......

I got an 84 crew cab dually and a 86 single cab long bed..... And am wanting to swap gauges...

Any help is very much appreciated...
Thanx in advance

Re: Gauges......

Both guages? Both dummy lights? I am pretty sure the pins are the same. But if gping from one to other probably will have to rearrange.

Well I'm actually going from stock gauges to all auto meter gauges and was wondering this cause I found a guide from an 85 that has all wires identified and marked right down to the dummy lights for the seat belts and e brake lights...

Then that way I can go by this as a reference to what wire is what and where that particular wire goes...
