jerry, the way i did it was go to ups.com click create a shipment and you can enter the weight of the object and size of the box approx. and the zip code its going to to get a quote on it.
thats how i did it anyway and it worked great .

Go to USPS and you have the option of the flat rate boxes & envelopes sometimes that is a good deal.
But then other times box up the parts in your own boxes and go in and have them measure and weigh them with the destination zip code.
You will just learn after a few times of doing it.

BTW those are not rams horn manifolds.

Heres a few more close up pics of some of the parts. Ok so my original post with prices didnt get many bites, I still have everything and the shipping on both the A/C boxes and rams horns is around 50 bucks. So send me offers on whatever parts you may be enterested in and i will calculate shipping for you. Im ready to get this stuff off my hands so send awaay folks!!
