New Guy with a 72 C10
Just got this. Pretty clean. Whoever painted didn't do the best job, but it looks good from 5 feet away. Solid around and under. Got a list of issues I'm going to take care of (radio, speakers, steering wheel, wipers working...) but otherwise I'm pretty happy.
Runs like a hoss, new Holley carb, hooker headers, magnaflow exhaust. |

Re: New Guy with a 72 C10
Very good looking truck! It has the stock profile that I have always liked best. Erase the green and insert medium blue and it would be an exact match to my 72. Welcome to you from Tennessee!

Re: New Guy with a 72 C10
Well so far, I have
-changed out the steering wheel to a Grant, kit was missing horn button part. -Put in a radio and set of closed box speakers to go under the seat. -fixed wipers/wiper blades/fluid -put in a Sun Pro tach -installed rear view mirror -fixed brake lights -fixed one headlight -piddled around with the heater controls, they're a mess -hooked up the kickdown cable, set idle down on the choke -fixed door handles Not bad for a couple hours. I feel like I'm in high school again. |

Welcome aboard from Russellville, KY! I had my eye on that truck myself but didn't have the funds in hand in time. Glad to see it went to a new member!
