Soft Top Installation
-Finally got around to pulling the hard top off the 72 after looking at it for a year. Once it was off we had the coldest weather in 20 years hit the area so there was not much cruising that took place but with approaching Mardi Gras Season there will be amble opportunities in the next 3 weeks.
Question is to soft top owners: Did any of you install some sort of plate on top of the blazer bed rails before installing the soft top? I am thinking about adding some aluminum flat bar before installing soft top hardware. Please post pictures of anything that you have done ..thanks Guana |

Re: Soft Top Installation
Both softtops I've had used aluminum brackets that bolt to the top of the bedrail. My first had snaps in it, my current has the channels for the fastrack sides.

Re: Soft Top Installation
go to my build thread I have plenty of pictures there when I installed my soft top. Installation was easy, understanding the instructions was a different story tho.
