Gas pedal swap DBW

Hi all,
My foot and leg are getting tired of the pedal location of my 2011 5.3 DBW pedal. I have seen where you can use a Corvette or Monte Carlo DBW pedal but just need to switch two wires, does anyone know what I have to do to make it work?

Thanks,

Ben

It's pin D and F that need to be swapped at the pedal connector to use a Corvette or Monte Carlo pedal. I found a new in the box GM DBW Monte Carlo pedal on eBay for $25 when I did the swap in my '57 BelAir. The GM part number is 25830024 and it usually runs around $100. There are aftermarket OEM replacement pedals available for around $60.

One more dayj1, is the pigtail the same? Will the truck one plug into the others?

Thanks!

The connectors are the same. Just swap the two wires dayj1 spoke about.

Is there a preference for the corvette one or monte one, or are they about the same?

I used the corvette one because I like the way it mounted and the plastic pedal was identical to the factory pedal in the 71/72 trucks, .
