Screw Type Fuel Sending Unit - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

There is a thread on 60-66 Subbie sending units on the pick up board, but thought I'd also ask here. Seems there are two types of tanks and sending units. One type sending unit uses a snap ring and has the fuel access through the unit. Likely earlier units screw on with the potentiometer external to the tank and no fuel pick up. That's what I seem to have. I think this is 1960. Also seems these units are not so available. Wondering if anyone has found these or has recommendations for a 30 Ohm universal unit?
