how to tell if your steering column is bad
I bought a brand new steering column and I don't think it is working correctly does anybody know how to tell if it is bad. It seems alittle sloppy.

I can't speak from personal experience on them. There has been an increasing number of issues popping up on the board with guys having trouble with the CPP Chinese tilt columns. Sounds like you might have been unlucky and gotten a bad one.
