So, I'm REALLY not trying to be a dick on this....but Turquoise creates an interesting debate into skirting the criteria. The same justification can be used if you put the truck in an all green category. The color is in the Cyan family, which in definition uses equal amounts of Green and Blue light...making it either BOTH green and blue....or neither.
