The extra fuel filler cap was actually one the previous owner installed. He was an avid camper and hunter and kept propane inside the camper with him so he installed the extra cap that led to a line that went into a propane tank. However, it has since been removed and the neck and filler cap remain. When I get ready to do paint and body down the road it will be removed and filled in because I have no need for it.
