You won't find a new one unless it's a GM part. GM number is 14067697.
Runs from '83 thru '91 in Subs and to '87(up to '91 R3500) pickups. Might even work from earlier trucks as well.
1/2, 3/4 or 1 ton C series 2wd use all same steering rod.
It's considered a non-wear part and was never made.
A junkyard part totally fine as long as it's not bent or rusted.
