72 e-brake cable routing

Hi all, I am building my cab back up and don't have pictures of how my E-brake cable was routed. I know it comes out of firewall and bolts to inner fender well
but that's where my knowledge ends. Can somebody please post a pic of where it goes under the cab. I do not have a slot in the frame for the cable. So I need to know if it's under the frame, over the frame etc. etc.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Re: 72 e-brake cable routing

The cable goes between the inner fender and framerail on the outside of the frame and through a round hole thats raised and facing the front of the truck. I will take pics of my 72 when I get to the shop in the morning if someone hasnt done it by then.

Re: 72 e-brake cable routing

I appreciate your response, but I have a
4x4 frame and there is no raised hole in the
Frame to run the cable as stated in my initial
Post. So still not sure how to route it.

Dies anybody have a 4x4 that can show this?

Sorry didnt see that it was in the 4x4 Section. Those go over the frame and into a bracket.
