Uhhh, it says it is a gmc or chevy fender.... They are different fenders... I wonder what one it is...
it's not a 67...hmmm,... It amazes me what people will pay for NOS sheetmetal

it's a 69-72 Chevy fender...says in the auction that it will take some work to fit on 67-68, sooo it doesn't fit GMC either.

Take a look at the guy's other items for sale. I don't think he has a clue what this stuff is worth. I think he listed used visors for $60-70! But after the $1,600 NOS AM/FM radio, anything is possible. Was that radio for real? That must have been a "stunt", where he or his buddies ran it up that high as a joke.

I wouldn't guess that it was a joke. The winning bidder upped his bid a couple of times towards the end but was never out bid. To me, he wanted it bad enough that he likely put bids in that were a quite a bit higher than the final $1625 that it brought. Just a guess on my part though. If I should find a NOS unit, I'll let it go for a paltry $1500.
