Brake Light Switch
Is the switch supposed to support the brake pedal when at rest? I don't see a rubber stop anywhere on my 67 or maybe I'm not looking hard enough?

Re: Brake Light Switch
No it doesn't support the pedal. Look up in there further and you "should" see a rubber stopper/bumper. I have a '67 as well.

Re: Brake Light Switch
I have the whole assembly out now. Is it still on the truck under the dash maybe? It's not part of the assembly that I can see.

Ok I can't remember if it's part of the assembly or not.

Ok. Lol. I'll look up under the dash again tomorrow. Thanks.

Re: Brake Light Switch
Mine rests against the bolt on plate under the steering wheel, has a rubber stop.
