1970 gmc long bed

My gmc has the leaf spring setup. I don't think I've seen heard or read about any long bed trucks with 4 link set ups. Any suspension pros, could suggest the best suspension, whether keep the leaf spring and add a ladder bar, or change to a 4 link parallel or triangle. I keep hearing that the parallel has infinite amounts of wrong setups but only one setup that is just right. Is that the same with the triangle?

Check out the suspension section. Alot of good info, and vendors that sell and service suspension parts. You will get better answers there.
