Welcome FleetsidePaul. If you need a hand working on your truck, I'm in Ontario.

Thanks Dano, help is always a good thing. My Brother in law is a mechanic and I usually call him for advice when working on cars, but I haven't been able to get ahold of him since he got caller ID.

Pomona is the 16th my brothers. I'll drive mine if I can get her roadworthy which will probably not happen, I keep shooting for Pomona as a target to get my truck going but still end up taking my D.D. Either way would like to see/meet board members, just dont beat me to those NOS parts.

If you're going to Pomona this weekend, maybe put "67-72chevytrucks.com" and your "username" on the back window of your truck and hang-out by your truck when you're not shopping. I don't think we could save an area, unless it's at the back of the parking lot. Anyone have suggestions? I'll be there early (6am - 10am or so) in my multi-colored 69 c-10 beater, but have to leave early for a family bar-b-q.

I will be wearing my 67-72chevytrucks.com tshirt because I doubt I will have my truck running good enough for the pomona traffic jam so if you see me just throw a hubcap at me or something. 6 a.m. OUCH!!

Cool Fleetside! I guess I will put a paper with "Dano69c10" inside my windsheild since the cars/trucks will be backed in their parking spots. I was going to say that I would have on my Angels shirt, but half a dozen guys will have those on too. Anyone else making it out there this sunday?

Re: SoCal checkin' in
Sorry about having to edit your post, but that's the board rules. You can check the truck for sales board there's usually a few for sale ranging from full on projects to show trucks. Welcome to the board and we're glad to have you.

I did notice that thread was old and buried when I posted. But, I still think it is a great idea to try and meet up, sometime-somewhere.

Re: SoCal checkin' in
The Temecula Rod Run in October?
October 8th - Friday night cruise 5:00pm to 8:00pm October 9th - Saturday all day show and shine 8:00am to 4:00pm 35.00 to register + 2 cans of food for the local food pantry. (All registered cars/trucks get a T-shirt as well) I want to try and do this, and it would be cool to see a bunch of us there with our trucks! http://www.temecularodrun.com/default.asp
