Exclamation hub trim removal?????

hay guys haven some trouble with my 86 the trim that goes around the front hubs on my truck wont come off and cant fit a socket next to it to unbolt it so i cant get them balanced how do they come off ive tried everything i can think of do i need a special tool of some sort

I'm assuming you have rally wheels and you're trying to unbolt the center cap.

There are 3 screws, they just unscrew. If they are really rusted then they might break off. If the corners are rounded then center punch and drill.
