will this work

will a 71 power steering pump hook up to a 67-68 gearbox or do i have to get a different pump, thanks guys

just hook up the lines and you are good to go, unless you have the early ram assisted steering, then I dont know

67 had a ram assisted set up like the old vette's...not sure about the 68...I think it had it too.
You could swap out the whole gear box and pump and assorted stuff, but you'll need to heat up the frame and dimple the center under the steering gear box for clearance. Do not just use washers to move the box out. It has been done, and even with no problems...but lots of problems can come up from doing that.

I believe 68 used the normal style of box.
