He would have to change the lug pattern the f150/bronco is 5 lug and f250s are 8 lug,Only f150 axle that will bolt in is the 70s f150 ext cab they used leafs in the front,All f250s have leafs and are dana 44s also.1976 is the year they changed to disc brakes anything older is drums.If he can weld the 77 and older f150/bronco used the weld on wedges that can be cut off easy,The 78-79 used the cast on wedges that can't be removed.Then you got the whole low pinion vs high pinion and gears standard cut and reverse cut.But be warned these axles are harder to find today the radius arm axles are used to sas the newer f150s and broncos,And the f250 axles are used a lot in jeeps as a upgrade.
