Remember Chuckles?
Some of my Southeastern buddies should remember Chuck. He hasn't been active here in quite some time. He sold his pickup and moved on to a Chevelle. Here's a link to a couple pics I shot of his pickup.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...light=chuckles Chuck was admitted to the hospital 39 days ago with leukemia... He lost his battle last night. |

Re: Remember Chuckles?
Asa, gosh darnnit man I sure hate to hear that. I really liked Chuck and have missed his presence here. He was still a fairly young guy too compared to me.
He and I used to message back and forth and I always loved his truck. I miss Chuck, you and Brian too. Thank you for letting us know. My heart hurts for Chuck's family and friends.

Re: Remember Chuckles?
Wow, Asa. This really sucks. Yeah, I remember him. You all did those truck pictures on up above Maggie Valley toward the parkway. This is a new computer and my pictures are stuck on the old computer. You also did some artistic high contrast shots of his truck and yours. I never made it to the Maggie Valley show, but almost. I had split a room with Bryan, then couldn't get away. I would have met him (and you) then but now no chance. Damn, 39 days? I lost my lifetime buddy in less than 30 last year to lung cancer. Work work work, sick, then dead...BAM! I'm really sorry to hear about Chuck.

Re: Remember Chuckles?
Chuck about had me talked into joining them at MV one year. I've never traveled that far for a weekend car show before but I would have done it just to meet him and Asa. I couldn't make the trip but I sure wish I had.
Asa I've searched for some pics. I know I have some of his truck and of yours somewhere but none of him that I can find.

Re: Remember Chuckles?
Was just coming on here to mention this Asa. Chuck was a super guy.
Everyone please pray for is family, he was a big family man. As our pastor (Chuckles Brother-In-Law) put it yesterday, he lost his battle here, but was healed permanently instead. DLB |
