I didn't have to use the body lift but their was alot less cutting on the body that way and I like my trucks to sit up high anyway. the spikes are just a thing because i come from a family of truck drivers. The bed is a 9ft flat bed with a dump kit and quick removal tool boxes and genorator and air compressor. That way i can haul dirt or gravel if need be.

Today the interior came out and the doors off. Also got the visor off and removed the windshield

The floor pans are solid but the door jams and 1 spot around the windshield are pretty rough.

Then we moved on to removing the rest of the dash and components. This made better access to the wiring harness and alot more room for fitment of the dodge pedal assembly. Had to trim a little off the end of the pedal bracket to slide up behind the steering column support. I will also have to rework the firewall for a little for all the the holes to line up and make a brace to attach the pedal bracket to the column support.

Well today we got the dodge brake booster and master cylinder mounted. Ran in to some rust in the fire wall and cowl. Made some patch panels for the fire wall and we will address the cowl panel soon. Fit nice and snug like its meant to be there.

The firewall wasn't to bad and once again the break lines screwed right in just like the power steering lines did.

Got the pedals hooked up although I will need a new clutch master cylinder bc the retainer is broke so they had it rigged in place.

Well didnt get anything done yesterday. Had too much on my mind to focus. Today we worked on a few detail pieces on the motor and getting some stuff put on. Anodized the fuel lines purple with blue anodized nuts. Painted the valve covers with black wrinkle paint. Got everything bolted back on the fuel pump. Think I about red anodizing the turbo compressor, air to air tubes, and intercooler.

Does anybody have any ideas on doing away with the big bulky ac box on the firewall without losing the air condition? I looked in to vintage air but really dont want to spend that kind of money when all of my stuff is good and their compressor and condensor wont work as good as the dodge stuff.
