Toppers?
I have an 87 crew cab dually long box and have been searching for a topper. Im looking for a fiberglass, cab high topper that will fit and still look good. Ive looked for the obvious 73-87 but I cant find anything locally. Will anything else work that wont look horrible? Im in South Dakota so Ive been watching Craigslist in the surrounding area but Im not finding anything.

Re: Toppers?
I think that Leer has told me they do not make them for our trucks anymore but the ones for he 78-94 Dodge do line up very well.

Re: Toppers?
Still looking for a topper. I have managed to find a few Ford ones. Anyone have a closer pic of a Ford topper on their truck? What about the Dodge 78-94 topper? The ones I have found are a few hours drive away. Would like to know if they work before I make the trip.

Re: Toppers?
are you talking about this ford style canopy?
only pics i have of my '77 with it. they fit, but personally i would hold out for an older chevy one. the ford fits fine, but from the side, makes the truck look like a humpback.... managed to find this sitting behind a farmer's barn for 10 yrs, for $250. fits real nice, matches the cab lines perfectly. too bad your so far, since i got my camper in '010, it's been sitting in my shed.... |

The one n your crew cab is exactly what I want. Is it off of something other than 73-87?
