parting 1947 GMC 3/4 ton

no cab, interior parts, or sheetmetal.

running 53-54 248 (by casting number) with single barrel carb, good brass radiator. 4 speed granny 1st with reverse lockout and chelsea PTO/hydraulic package, all pto controls included. full open driveshaft, no torque tube. eaton 8 lug rear. dump bed with sides and telescoping 36" single action cylinder. new front tires 235/85/16 on wagon wheels, one new and one used rear tire 235/85/16.5 8 ply on two piece rims. good steering column with later steering wheel in good shape. lever shocks present in front but not hooked up, MIA in rear.

the GMC has a different front crossmember to allow the longer GMC engine to fit. the 248 is high pressure bearings (60 psi oil pressure gauge). still full of oil and coolant. rebuilt delco remy generator not installed.

running boards and mounts have been removed. so has the radiator surround and front bumper/bracket. everything else still there.

tell me what you need and how you plan to get it!
