I had the same problem with mine..I put a new one in and fit was poor..later I changed transmissions and that changed my shifter location so i put another new mat in and it was a worse fit than the first one

Mine didn't fit the best at first, now that its been hot out the heat flattened it out. Also if it doesn't flatten out on its own leave it sitting in the sun with the windows up for a while and then try to readjust it yourself. The vinyls just super thick and not molded perfect, but it looks and cleans better than carpet to me.

Re: Molded vinyl floor cover my ***

The factory vinyl flooring is not a perfect fit and will be bunched up a bit around the transmission hump. If you have the 1/8" thick molded flooring the mat will have more of a poor fit in some areas, but at least it won't rip up as easily as the thin factory style flooring. I prefer HuskyLiner floor liners placed over carpeting with a vinyl sheet over the transmission hump - much better for catching fluids and mud/dirt. Huskyliner does make a one piece floor liner which goes over the hump - if you can still get one for your truck.
