Window Track Mount Help Needed.
On my driver side door the weldnut that holds the window track bracket to the inside of the door broke loose and now the braclet is flopping around inside the door. Does anyone repop these parts? It is the bracket that is inside the door on the back edge by the striker. It is held in by screws going into the outside edge of the door. I will try to get pics later today.

Sounds like this piece....and its not reproduced. You'll have to source a used one. This is a driver side I just got rid of. I'd try the classifieds with a want to buy listing.

Weld or braze the nut back in, could even use JB weld.
If not, I probably have a good used one I'd get rid of. |

May be a good option to try a riv nut.....depending on how the old one came off.

Yeah...riv nut would only work if a new piece was welded in and a new hole drilled to accept it.

Here's what I came up with...
 Seems to work great. The window goes up and down easier and for some reason my door even opens and closes easier now too.
