I'm really starting to hate one of my P.O.'s

Specifically, the guy that "restored" my truck in 1995.

Oh yes, it's awesome. Although I have no clue why he put these speakers on an original AM only radio. At least he didn't cut the dash or doors.

Maybe he didn't like fresh air. But even then, that's a bit extreme.

Very true. I'll have to start looking at it that way.

I guess my question is, did you even look at the vehicle before you bought it? It's not like that's in a hidden area.......

I feel your pain. My K/20 is cut just below the vents and the pillars are all hacked up. Its pretty frustrating. Id have rather it been in the doors because i replaced them anyway.

Re: I'm really starting to hate one of my P.O.'s

I spent over an hour looking over the truck '70. I saw the speakers covered the vents and thought, "That's coming out". I saw the hardware was removed, but I did not notice he had sealed the vents because you can only see that up above the speakers, and at my age, you don't lay down on the floorboard if you can help it.

When you pull the vent knob, you can aim the music.
