1972 "GMC" Suburban C10
I picked this up in late May for $500, because my '72 Chevy is in worse shape than this truck. I put my 1967 C10's front clip on because I think it looks better, and I'll be putting the drivetrain from my '72 Chevy in (350 with gear drive, big cam, headers, etc). The title says it's a GMC, and this truck as originally yellow. It has a Magnaflow exhaust and American Racing AR-08's or knockoffs of those which I like. Somebody put some homemade lowering blocks in the back made out of square tubing - those are coming out and my '72 Chevy's coilovers will go in. Came with an extra front seat, extra taillight lenses, a brand new dash pad, an other odds and ends. Rough plan is to paint it satin black with larger black wheels, with a black interior.
Still on the trailer from when I first got it: 1972 GMC Suburban by FordTorino73, on Flickr New Suburban by FordTorino73, on Flickr New Suburban by FordTorino73, on Flickr 1972 GMC Suburban by FordTorino73, on Flickr 1972 GMC Suburban by FordTorino73, on Flickr Laid some primer on it: Primer by FordTorino73, on Flickr Front clip swapped: 1972 "GMC" Suburban by FordTorino73, on Flickr Grille bar primed after metalwork: 1967 C10 Grille Bar by FordTorino73, on Flickr Either way, my gray '72 is going to have to come apart next. Looks like good times ahead.. I personally agree that the 67-68 fronts look the best, but that's just me..
