you're sure the tail light is grounded good? i had to run a separate ground wire. do your taillights already have a ground wire bc they are LED?
i know the incandescent lights are supposed to ground thru the bracket, but that wouldnt work on my truck.. and i was getting a similar problem.. both sides flashing.... as soon as i gave the lights a stronger ground, they worked perfect

I'll give it a shot. There is not a separate ground wire on the lights.

Bad grounds at the front lights can cause both sides to blink. If the turn signals don't blink in the front when the headlights are on I'd suspect bad grounds.
