A bit off topic here but these photos of the fabricated way of picking up the MacPherson strut upper mount reminds me of a long ago post (can't remember from whom, of course) who fabricated an ingenious way to relocate the EXACT way to remount the front clip on a TF after grafting in an earlier Camaro's subframe.

He used angles or flat bar (I think) and after the graft he remounted the front body clip and it went back exactly as it had been mounted before the frame graft without adjustment or modifications - impressive. Anyone remember that thread/have a link to the photo?
