do you think 255/85-16s will fit on my truck

It has 225/75 -16 on it now, they are just about 30 inches tall, the 255s are a shade over 33, I have a good 4 inches of clearance in the front more in the back, the truck needs tires, I'm converting to 4wd next summer and would like to buy tires once, the truck is 2wd but is lifted about 3.5 inches over stock

Re: do you think 255/85-16s will fit on my truck

I'm pretty sure I used to see them on stock trucks. I planned to buy a set years ago for my K20 but went with the 235/85R16's which fit easily and are only one size smaller. I'm pretty sure the 255's will fit easily.
