c-30 rear shocks ??

go a 69 c-30 ,dual wheel truck 157" with bad rear shocks,been to several parts stores and the only ones they show is up to 157" wheel base ! anybody know what the differance is from 157 " wb and the shorter wheelbases? do the 157" ones require a bigger dia shock ?to me they look the same ? any ideas ? seems like the parrs stores can not answer any questions or ask the manufactures? thanks

Did you know rear shocks were an option on C/30s? Interesting, huh? Yeah, you'll be fine with what they have listed. The listing just isn't complete

thats what i thought ! but counter guy said they had no cross referance charts for application info-lenghts and sizes -seems like every parts store has only computers/threw away all parts books!! thanks guys

Go by a regular 1 ton application, then verify by measurement. Shouldn't be any difference. I went by measurement on my flat bed, but I also moved the mounts around when I changed out the rear diff
