Can anyone identify this part?

My truck is leaking radiator fluid out of this (thing, not sure what its function is )
and i need to find a replacement. truck is an ac cab, and i believe this part has to do with the ac.
if anyone knows what its called or could send me a linkk of the part somewhere that would be great. thanks!

Hot water valve controled by the vacum port on the dash.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
