Where to buy breather hose

Anyone had any luck finding a preformed breather hose like the original one that came on the truck? Truck is a '72, 350, 4barrel...........the hose is "L" shaped but no luck finding one at Napa, local ma & pa store that "has everything" or anywhere else. Any ideas? Maybe something from another vehicle? I don't know.

Grab some hose from the local part's store and run the line up to the frame real nice like .... Unless you are going for a total restored look?

Take your old one up to your parts store and ask if you can look thru there hoses. See if you can find one that has the right curves to it but that you can cut off any excess.

If you are talking about the one that goes to the air cleaner, I went to NAPA and got one off the rack. I think it was a 3/4 in. 90 deg. hose for a cooling system. Cut both ends to fit like origional hose.

Thanks! I'll try and find a hose that I can cut-to-fit.

Re: Where to buy breather hose

I'm reviving an old thread to see if anybody has found a good source for the breather hose going from the air cleaner to the passenger side valve cover. The hose is 23/34" (or 3/4") inside diameter with a 90 degree bend on one side. I've tried 3 local parts stores today, and the best they could do was offer me 3/4" heater hose and some elbows. I don't think heater hose would hold up for long without either swelling or drying up and cracking. Any ideas?
