Would a 1/2T 2WD steering stabilizer fit a Longhorn?

I ordered the steering stabilizer kit (the sideways shock) from LMC, but they only list one part and don't say whether it only fits a 1/2T. It does say 2WD.

Should I expect it to fit, or am I looking at a fabrication day?

I think I asked this next part before but didn't see a response: was it available as an option on 2WD trucks, and if so, what was the RPO?
