New project getting underway this winter
I picked up this 70 C30 wrecker. I bought it from the original owner. It has the 402 4 speed manual with 23k original miles on it!

Like to see it too. Scroll down to "manage attachments " then look in your computer's pictures & load that way. I have a 68 C30.

Re: New project getting underway this winter
Right now I'm going to fix the bondo work the previous owner did to the rusted spots on the rockers, lower fenders, and outer floorboards. Then I'll repaint it, I'm thinking metallic blue. I thought about converting it to 4wd. I have a 72 k30 dually frame I've had sitting for a few years.

Re: New project getting underway this winter
Did you build the K30 frame ? or is it a 73 or newer.

Re: New project getting underway this winter
It's a '72 k30 frame. I'll keep the progress updates coming. I've thought about putting a Cummins in it.

Re: New project getting underway this winter
It was a 72 c30 frame converted to 4x4 when my grandfather bought the truck new. The body was damaged in a storm years ago and the frame was the only thing salvageable
