Torque specs on frame bolts?

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for frame bolts? Specifically the engine and transmission crossmember bolts. Rebuilt 350, Sm465 and np205 if it matters. Also, should i use threadlocker of some kind on these bolts? Thanks
