black and blue

ok heres the question my truck is at school now, and im doing all the body work in class but i cant decide weather to paint it flat black or blue like in the pic. my truck is a gmc, a long bed and is dropd like in the pic,it is very simeler. what do you think?

not a big fan of flat black. just seems unfinished to me. how about midnight blue suede? at least that gives a feel of finished...

I like the black on that truck, but if you are doing a "low budget" project, i would go with the blue. The added accessories (torque thrusts, wide tires, and new chrome) make that truck.

Blue IMO. Flat colors and primer are fine, they have that oh-so-cool unfinsished project look, but i defenitly wouldn't want either as a permant paint job on one of these trucks.

It is always hard to advise paint for another guy's truck. I like the blue on the one in the picture. However, I am about ready to begin the whole process of restoration on my truck and have decided it will have a two step proces before final paint.

As I work on it and knock down the old paint and get the body squared away I will have Maaco shoot it in gray primer so I can still use it before I take it for final"dis-assembly".

Really man it is your choice... I like em both.
