This is true not started, frame off, cab parts, I am sure he will have a blast on the C10 farm today, We are going at 9 this morning to pick up the new trailer (new to me) for the C10 farm and then we will be loading it up with parts to head up to Carlisle on Thursday.

Haha ,I'm going this morning to go pick up OL RUSTY and look at more parts and pieces and you can tell from the couple pictures with Monroe I already have more projects sitting in the barns and that's not even 1/4 of them ...it's an addiction !

Hello ? yeah I saw on Craigslist you have a 67 short bed for sale ? (Yep , it's sitting behind the barn burried in mud and rusty as heck ) Well that sounds great I'm on my way ....

Re: Son of Trucks are for Chickens ... Its on!

I am trying to get pictures to load, we are having internet problems since the storm the other night.
But me and Monroe had a very eventful day yesterday. We went yesterday morning after touring through the C10 farm and looked at a trailer. Monroe and I looked it over well and decided this was a great deal so we purchased it and then headed to Northern tool. We bought new wiring and lights for the trailer and headed back to the house to begin our work on the trailer.

Although it was extremely warm and humid we managed to get all the old wiring out and pulled the old lights. Hopefully today we can finish getting the lights fixed up and begin loading parts for our journey to Carlisle.

Saturday Monroe and I went and bought a new to me trailer. He really enjoyed his adventure into Kernersville and most of all roaming through Northern tool.

Monroe setting the gps

Safety first,

He also likes to finish what he started so he said he would like to prime and paint the parts he blasted, Monroe is a very talented fella

I did loose him a time or two though, I heard a rustle in the feedbag, yep you guessed it Monroe was in the chicken food

Been there done that. Got my two now. Funny how life can come along and cure this disease right when you were enjoying being so sick.

I hope Monroe is up to date with his tetanus shot.

Monroe checking out Grandpa's 72

Checking out "Project 68" , he give me a few pointers and ideas for my 68 build

He climbed up on in the 67 checking out what was left, he said he would really like to have it to restore.

He also liked sitting on my 1970 John Deere I bought to restore

Monroe, got that cross member in today out of that 67 you are eyeballing in the above pic. It is perfect. Has a little bit of my finger on it but that's just part of the fun. Looks like your having a blast.

He'll never see a bed the whole time he's with me. I'll send him over to "The Lady's Oasis" (yes, there really is) at the show. I'll tell them he's actually a tough chick who needs the fem treatment. They'll have him so smellied up he'll repel more than bugs!
