If you want to sell it here I would grab a subscription and throw it in the for sale section. I think if you advertise locally you could get a decent price Your truck is a desirable colour combo and people are snatching them up. I seem one similar about a month ago that was about the same shape as you describe (84 or 85 I think) some rust dings and dents and a rough interior, and it went for twice what I figured it was worth. It had new tires and came with a safety inspection. Throw a plate on and drive it kind of a thing. 4800$. I would come take a look at it but I'm eye balls deep in 6 projects and I can't do that to myself
